Our custom home builds come with 2-5-10 year warranty that covers new homes for a period of 2 years on labor and materials, 5 years on the building envelope (like the roof and windows), and 10 years on the structural components of the home. The warranty is attached to the home, not the owner, and covers defects related to construction, providing peace of mind for both initial buyers and future owners.
